brand new chapter
Mission Beach Hideaway Holiday Village has been welcoming guests to one of Queensland's most beautiful corners for decades. In 2024, the park passed into new hands — a family-run operation with a genuine passion for hospitality, tropical living, and making Mission Beach the destination it deserves to be.
We've invested significantly in the park — a new pool complex, refreshed cabins, a brand new clubhouse, improved amenities, and better BBQ facilities. But more importantly, we've invested in the culture of how we welcome people.
We're a small team who genuinely cares. We know our guests by name after a few days. We'll sort your tour bookings, recommend the best restaurants, tell you exactly where to spot a cassowary, and make sure your stay is as good as Mission Beach itself.

Every upgrade was designed with one goal: making your stay noticeably better.
New pool complex
Brand new freshwater main pool and toddler pool, solar heated, surrounded by tropical gardens.
Refreshed cabin interiors
Updated fixtures, fresh linen, new mattresses, and a thorough refresh of all cabin interiors.
New clubhouse & function space
Air-conditioned, social, and inviting — a brand new hub for park guests to gather and relax.
Upgraded BBQ areas
New BBQ equipment and improved outdoor entertaining spaces throughout the park.
Improved amenities blocks
Thorough refurbishment of both amenities blocks — cleaner, fresher, and better maintained daily.
Better garden maintenance
The park grounds are now maintained to a higher standard — greener, tidier, and more inviting.
Tour desk reinvigoration
Rebuilt our operator relationships so we can offer better tours, better prices, and real local knowledge.

We sit on Porter Promenade — Mission Beach village's main street — with the beach literally across the road. World Heritage rainforest borders the back of the park. The village cafes, restaurants, and shops are a two-minute walk. The boat ramp and Dunk Island ferry are a short stroll in the other direction. There's genuinely nowhere better to base yourself in Mission Beach.
